With styles in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, and Lyrical for ages 2 – 18. Dance Promotes balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength.

Invasion Gymnastics
Starting with recreational classes lays a strong foundation. As your child progresses, they can audition for pre-team, where they’ll receive more focused training to refine skills and prepare for team-level routines. These progressions ensure they develop both the necessary skills and confidence to thrive on the gym team.
