Calling all Junior Chefs! This fun hands-on class helps kids build a strong foundation for healthy eating and develop a love of cooking. We focus on kitchen safety, proper food handling, how to portion and balance meals, healthy substitutions for some favorite foods, and how to choose foods that give us energy and brain power!
