Youth Track and Field Campers will learn proper technique and mechanics for running, jumping and throwing. Camp incorporates dynamic warm up drills and exercise techniques. Campers will
practice strength, speed, and endurance training.
Athletes will learn specific methodology that applies to
track and field events. We will take breaks in the shade
to cool down and rehydrate. Lunch is in the airconditioned portable while watching a movie. Camp concludes with a fun track and field competition where individuals and teams compete for prizes (spectators are welcome).
