Description
Kids in the Kitchen (KITK), hosted by the Junior League of the Space Coast, is grounded in the belief that children and families empowered with the knowledge of how to feed and exercise their bodies will be less likely to become obese and subsequently suffer the many associated health risks.
This year the Junior League of of the Space Coast is excited to bring Kids in the Kitchen to the Wickham Park Community Center on Saturday, April 29th 2023 from 10am to 2pm.

This event is geared towards children aged 5-12 and their families and it completely FREE for all to attend!
This year KITK will feature interactive tables in an expo-style setting featuring healthy foods and cooking demonstrations, healthy wellness activities, and educational information on health and safety. All of the vendors are local to our Space Coast community and are excited to bring information about health and wellness to the youth and families in Melbourne!
The first 200 children will receive a goodie bag with items from our sponsors
