  Park Trailhead. All are invited to attend.\n\nThe eastern-most portion of 
 Titusville’s Parrish Park, known as the Parrish Park Trailhead, is now re-o
 pen to the public. The trailhead is part of the larger East Central Regiona
 l Rail Trail which is Brevard County’s portion of the Florida Coast-to-Coas
 t Trail. Renovations to the trailhead include:\n\n- Trailhead parking with 
 an ADA access ramp and stairs to the beach. This provides access to the sho
 reline for non-motorized vessels including kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, ki
 te surfing and rafts.\n- Improved storm water with an underground arch syst
 em.\n- Additional parking and sidewalks for beach and trail access, lined w
 ith LED lighting.\n- Protective railing and a bollard wall.\n- Landscaping 
 with up lighted palm trees.
