  for our inaugural Wild Turkey Trot 3k in partnership with Smooth Running! 
 This family-friendly event is a great way to kick off your Thanksgiving day
 ! Runners and walkers of all ages will traverse a course through the Zoo pa
 ssing animals, their habitats and native plants along the way.<br />The run
  is set for a 7:30 a.m. start on November 27, 2025.<br /><br />Registered r
 unners get 50% off admission or $10 off a membership on Thanksgiving weeken
 d by showing their race bib at the administrative office. Offer valid for t
 he runner only. You must bring your runners bib. Note that Brevard Zoo is c
 losed on Thanksgiving Day.<br /><br />There is a one hour cut off for all r
 unners. The one hour limit begins from the time you start the race. You wil
 l be escorted off the course is you do not finish the course by your design
 ated end time.<br /><br />A water/Gatorade station is along the route and a
 t our start and finish line areas.<br /><br />Prizes will be awarded to the
  Top 10 overall male and female finishers and Top 5 overall male and female
  for the 11years and under division. ALL finishers will receive a beautiful
  turkey-themed medal and commemorative running hat.<br /><br />Race shirts 
 will be available for purchase for $20 each online prior to the event.<br /
