  our inaugural Wild Turkey Trot 3k in partnership with Smooth Running! This
  family-friendly event is a great way to kick off your Thanksgiving day! Ru
 nners and walkers of all ages will traverse a course through the Zoo passin
 g animals, their habitats and native plants along the way.\nThe run is set 
 for a 7:30 a.m. start on November 27, 2025.\n\nRegistered runners get 50% o
 ff admission or $10 off a membership on Thanksgiving weekend by showing the
 ir race bib at the administrative office. Offer valid for the runner only. 
 You must bring your runners bib. Note that Brevard Zoo is closed on Thanksg
 iving Day.\n\nThere is a one hour cut off for all runners. The one hour lim
 it begins from the time you start the race. You will be escorted off the co
 urse is you do not finish the course by your designated end time.\n\nA wate
 r/Gatorade station is along the route and at our start and finish line area
 s.\n\nPrizes will be awarded to the Top 10 overall male and female finisher
 s and Top 5 overall male and female for the 11years and under division. ALL
  finishers will receive a beautiful turkey-themed medal and commemorative r
 unning hat.\n\nRace shirts will be available for purchase for $20 each onli
