 orated individual, young family, adult group, best use of Hot Cocoa, and Be
 st Cocoa Village Business.<br />- Remember that this is a parade, not a rac
 e, so the only winners are the people best decorated!<br />- Recommended fo
 r ages 8+<br />- Bicycles must be manual/pedal-powered, not motorized. E-Bi
 kes are permitted on the basis that you never activate pedal-assist.<br />P
