  required--no later than the day before. <br /><br />*Notice* Hikes may be 
 cancelled at any time due to extreme weather and staff availability. Please
  understand that if you are more than 10 minutes late your hike may be canc
 elled. Please call to inform staff if you will be late or need to cancel.<b
 r /><br />This guided hike will last approximately 45 minutes and cover abo
 ut 1 mile of our 4.5-mile trail system. This hike covers Coquina, Biodivers
 ity, Mesic and Tortoise trails. We will explore the Upland habitats native 
 to Florida's Ecosystems and teach you about the flora and fauna in these en
 dangered habitats. <br /><br />Please check the weather forecast in advance
  and come prepared for changing conditions. Be sure to bring water and wear
  closed-toe shoes. We also recommend wearing a hat and applying sunscreen a
 nd insect repellent. Protective gear may be necessary depending on the fore
 cast.
