DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Studio class designed for artists ages 10 and up who are ready to explore t
 he vibrant possibilities of chalk and oil pastels. In this hands-on course,
  students will experiment with blending, layering, texture, and color mixin
 g while learning how to thoughtfully apply the elements and principles of a
 rt—including line, shape, value, contrast, balance, and movement. Finished 
 projects will vary by student<br />Experience not required, however an inte
 rest in the arts aids success. Age exceptions may be considered at the inst
 ructors discretion.<br />Preregistration is needed. Students will register/
  pay for each session individually. The session includes all art supplies.<
 br />(Please note session dates and lengths may vary and sessions may begin
  and end on different dates and skip holiday weeks.)<br />Session rates wil
 l be prorated if joining the session late with instructor's approval.<br />
