Anana Prana - Art & Yoga for Kids!

Our super-fun art class focuses on process, rather than product. Process art allows children to explore and make connections without the pressure of "right" or "wrong" ways to do things. It helps develop creativity and self-esteem by focusing on what kids imagine rather than their skill level. With excitement and interest in their own creations, kids grow curious and naturally start developing those skills. I keep the group small so that each child can have as much attention and guidance as they need to create and learn.

Kids' Yoga at Anana Prana is based on the "Kidding Around Yoga" (KAY) system which has been well-known and respected throughout the United States for over 10 years. We use an age-appropriate format to teach yoga, breathwork, and meditation to children. All the while making fun they are having fun, dancing, laughing, and playing.
