Run-Jump-Throw:
Introduction to the sport of Track and Field. Runner2Runner’s main goal is to make track and field fun, and set kids up for a healthy relationship to the sport of track and field and exercise in general, for life! Our Run Jump Throw Program is our track and field program, but at a local park! Come Join in on the Fun! Program includes: running workouts, games to make running fun! Kids will get an introduction to specific events; including: sprints, middle distance, relays, hurdles, javelin (turbojay), Long Jump (standing broad jump), and discus. In addition, kids will learn the importance of warm-ups, cool-downs, strength and conditioning and sports nutrition. Come join us and fall in love with the sport of track and field, and a healthy lifestyle!
Each session will include: Warm-Up/Dynamics , Event-Specific Skills Training Stations (Multiple Stations Including Fun Games!), Core Work, Team Game, Stretching

Cross Country
Introduction to the sport of Cross Country. Runner2Runner’s main goal is to make running fun, and set kids up for a healthy relationship to the sport of cross country and exercise in general, for life! Come Join in on the Fun! Program includes: goal setting, warm-up, drills, age-appropriate workouts (Mileage: 1-2 miles per day), games, core, stability, stretches, nutrition and more! Come join us and fall in love with the sport of cross country and a healthy lifestyle!
Each session will include: Warm-Up, Dynamic Stretching, Strides, Running Workout, Games, Core, Static Stretching
