We are getting ready for our annual You Matter Day! This year’s theme is “Saving One Life At A Time.” Join the fun as we spread the message of “You Matter” throughout our island. Signs, banners, fun! The HUB? Merritt Island High School. What’s it all about? It’s about positive messages, providing resources for mental health help, and letting those who are struggling know that we care. Participate in a FREE community scavenger hunt from 10 am – 1:30 pm (unless otherwise noted) where you race to as many participating businesses as possible to score great freebies or to enjoy a fun, positive activity. Plus get a drawing ticket at each participating location to bring back to MIHS for drawings at Noon and the final drawings a 2 pm when we wrap it all up. It’s free ya’ll, so join in the fun! We will keep an updated list of participating businesses right here…and on our Facebook page, so check back regularly. And we will try to post a map as we get closer to the event. No Registration required. Just head to the participating scavenger hunt businesses on You Matter Day beginning at 10 am. Or hang with us at Merritt Island High’s student parking lot and join in the fun there!
