City of Sebastian Halloween Costume Contest and Movie Night

The City of Sebastian & the Police Department will be having a Halloween costume contest and will be showing the movie "Hotel Transylvania"(Rated PG) on a large outdoor movie screen in the grass field next to the Twin Piers. Costume contest registration will begin @ 5:30pm and the actual contest will begin @ 6:15pm. The movie will begin @ 7:15pm. We will be serving free popcorn and snowcones. Come on out and join us for this fun-filled evening! Please bring a chair or blanket for the movie.
