Special Sugar Cookie Class: Kel's Kitchen

For me, cooking and baking are all about relationships ... the relationships we build with others in the kitchen and those we build as we share what we make from our heart. What a loving act, to nourish another with the food you have labored over.

This is a special Titusville Fine Arts Initiative baking class for all ages. You may share your workstation with one other person (child, friend, spouse). We will learn to make a very tasty sugar cookie dough from scratch. We'll roll out and cut a bunch of daisy shaped cookies. We will mix up a batch of homemade buttercream frosting. And we will decorate and package our cookies. Some to take home, and some for Ms. Kricket to sell at the Daisy Fest Fundraiser on November 11th. Our cooking class will help raise funds to build a kitchen for a school in Uganda. Isn't that so cool?!
