Come discover the skill of preserving your own foods in this pressure canning class designed for 14- to 18-year-olds. Youth will learn the basics of pressure cooking and will leave with their very own preserved foods. As food will still be hot, please bring a box to take home your jars.
Due to the nature of the class, class size is limited to 8 youth. Hair must be pulled back, or in a cap, and closed-toed shoes are required.
