City of Palm Bay Park Facility Rentals

Parks and Recreation has a variety of rental facilities available when not in use for programs and events. Reservations are first-come, first-served basis and are generally accepted up to one year in advance.

The Tony Rosa Community Center, Ted Whitlock Community Center, and Captain's House are not available for rent on City holidays or selected dates of citywide events. Pavilions are available for rent on all holidays.
