S.P.E.C.D.A

The SPECDA program is designed for fourth grade students attending Ocean Breeze Elementary School, and is presented at the end of the year. The School Resource Officer and guest lecturers introduce and discuss important issues students may face, and help bring awareness to certain topics such as:

Good and bad choices
Peer pressure
Respect
Drug and alcohol abuse
