Merritt Island Wrestling

Wrestling is the world’s oldest and greatest sport and it is the goal of our programs to grow wrestling in the community of Merritt Island, Florida.

Over the course of a school year, we run three unique programs:

Merritt Island High School – Open to students at MIHS. Competes during the high school season (November-February).

Island Style Wrestling Club – Open to high school aged students from Brevard County. Practices go from March to October. Teams compete in AAU and USA wrestling tournaments throughout this time. Must hold a current year AAU membership.

Island Style Kids Club – Open to elementary and middle school students from Brevard County. Practices start in March and end in May. Teams compete in local AAU tournaments during this time. Must hold a current year AAU membership and be registered with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Police Athletic League.
