Children ages 10 and up can enjoy professional scuba certification too! This is a family sport! Kids under 10 can do our SSI Scuba Rangers program.

3 weekends, they can earn their scuba certification! They get the entire class, plus a set of gear with mask, snorkel, booties, fins, gear bag and defog. These would include “Aqua missions” and be done in a progressive training manner specific for kids. There are two locations, one is a pool local to the area, the second is a spring fed lake.

The certification course either way certifies them as Junior Open Water Scuba Divers with NAUI (National Association of Underwater Instructors). My Instructor Trainer designation allows me to do training from beginner to instructor. My number is 52644 to verify it. They would have one weekend pool, and two weekends in the springs, all academics are done online at home.
