Playful introduction to the practice of yoga and mindfulness for ages 5-10. In this 45 minute class, we will practice Breath, Balance, Focus, Flexibility, Strength, Confidence, and Connection.
Youth Flow and Function

Join us for 2 hours of functional movement, breathwork, mobility, and sound therapy to help you move better and feel more balanced.
