Florida Academy of Baking: Great Big Holiday Cookie Crate

There’s nothing like a beautifully curated cookie crate to celebrate the holidays! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to bake and decorate an assortment of Christmas cookies and treats — from classic gingerbread men to red-and-white pinwheel sugar cookies, snowflake and wreath royal icing cookies, macarons, and meringue trees that sparkle with seasonal charm.

Due to the ambitious nature of this class, some of the dough will be prepped for you, but rest assured, we'll make sure you go home with the recipes so you can make more to share.

Everyone goes home with a large crate full of treats, ready to impress.
