Step beyond classic pasta making and discover how a few simple techniques can transform fresh dough into something truly beautiful.
In this hands-on class, you'll make a batch of fresh pasta dough from scratch, then create a second, smaller batch of naturally colored dough to add a vibrant twist to your creations. We'll also have a variety of pre-colored doughs ready for you to experiment with, making it easy to mix, match, and create eye-catching designs.
You'll learn how to emboss, stamp, and shape pasta using traditional tools and creative techniques while making three classic pasta styles: Corzetti, Garganelli and Farfalle.
Along the way, you'll discover how patterns and textures not only make pasta beautiful but also help sauces cling to every bite. To enjoy your creations, you'll also prepare a simple, rich cheesy butter sauce that perfectly highlights the fresh pasta and lets the unique shapes and textures shine.
Whether you're brand new to handmade pasta or you've taken one of our beginner pasta classes before, this class is designed to be approachable, creative, and fun. You'll leave with a colorful assortment of handcrafted pasta, new skills, delicious recipes, and plenty of inspiration to bring a little artistry to your own kitchen.
We'll end the session by enjoying the pasta you’ve created together—and feel free to BYOB to pair your wine or beverage of choice with the meal. These simple, flavorful recipes are sure to become a staple in your kitchen for years to come.
