
Join us for a 1.5-hour aerial yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus! This dynamic session blends different styles of aerial yoga to encourage movement and creativity. Participants will explore a variety of poses using both low and high hammocks—focusing on inversions, building confidence, and combining poses into a fun, flowing sequence—in a supportive environment.
Ages 8 and above are welcome to attend. Children ages 6 and 7 may attend with adult supervision.
