Free Back to School Haircuts from Poor Billy's Barber Shop

We will be providing FREE basic haircuts, to students in grades K-12th. This event is focused on helping low income families, those who may be down on their luck, or struggling to make ends meet. These haircuts will be given on a first come first serve basis during the allotted times.
