
This hands-on cooking course is perfect for young chefs aged 11 to
17 who want to take their skills to the next level and discover flavors from around
the world. Each session will introduce more advanced recipes inspired by different
cultures, teaching real cooking techniques and using authentic ingredients. From
baking breads and making flavorful sauces to creating tasty international dishes
and impressive desserts, our chefs learn new skills while also exploring the stories
and traditions behind the food. Even if they’re still building confidence in the
kitchen, they’ll grow in creativity and understanding of food science and nutrition.
