Burn Boot Camp Kidz Camp

Our 3 day summer camps are for all fitness levels from ages 5-12yrs old.
The camps will consist of 2 hours of circuit training, obstacle courses, relays, teamwork, education and more. Our facility has a floating floor which is impact friendly on your kids joints and body. They will enjoy jumping around and moving their body through several bodyweight exercises all while building strength, stamina, and coordination.
Only 18 spots available for each camp.
