These creative morning sessions are designed to give kids a hands-on, confidence-building experience in the studio while still leaving plenty of time to enjoy the rest of their summer days.
Throughout the week, campers will:
• Learn the fundamentals of throwing on the pottery wheel
• Create hand-built clay projects
• Explore texture, carving, and glazing techniques
In addition to working with clay, campers will participate in a special creative design project where they develop their own “Dream Pottery Collection.” They’ll sketch and design a mini line of mugs, bowls, and vases inspired by their personal style—thinking through shape, surface design, glaze combinations, and even naming their collection. This experience helps them think like true artists and makers, learning the value of planning and creative vision before the clay even hits the wheel.
Spots are limited and fill quickly.
Price includes clay, glaze and firings.
Kids should bring a water bottle and snack if needed.
