Chapter 724 is beginning the registration for our Summer Technical Camps for kids 13 to 17 years old. This year we will have three opportunities, with each camp covering a separate topic in the world of aviation to include: Aviation Navigation and communication, Aircraft Construction, and Aerospace System Construction and operation, and Powerplants. There will also be an opportunity to fly in a small aircraft as part of the Experimental Aircraft Association's Young Eagles Program later in the Summer for all participating Campers. A welcome letter will be sent out one week prior to the Camp, outlining proper attire, general rules, and what to expect for the weekend. This year the Chapter is asking for a Donation of $50, that will be payable on the first day of the Camp that has been selected. Lunch will not be provided during the camps, but a small snack and water will be available. Please bring a sack lunch.
