Join us for sensory play in The Gardens!
Join us for a special summertime event series for our littlest bugs! In place of Toddler Tuesday, Rockledge Gardens is excited to present Sensory Play classes hosted by Seiser Sensory for the months of June, July, and August!
Twice a month, we’ll be meeting in the Riley Room at 9:30 am to gather for a nature-based story time paired with a themed sensory playtime for toddlers and babies, ages 12 months up to 4 years old. After the class is over, feel free to play on our Little Bugs Playground and pick up a treat from Garden Party plant based kitchen or ice cream shop Mad Utter in our Market!
What is sensory play? Sensory play is one of the best tools we have in children's development. It's the start of children engaging with their senses and exploring the world around them. Learning through sensory play is fully inclusive and provides endless opportunities for the development of fine motor skills, cognitive growth, and communication!
Space is limited; tickets are required for each participating child. Parents/guardians are required to remain with the child throughout the event. Cost is $10 per child and pre-registration is REQUIRED due to limited supplies and space. Space is limited; tickets are required for each participating child.
