Little Starseeds Children's Yoga

A fun and peaceful class for ages 3-6. Includes: gentle yoga, soothing sound healing, mindful visual meditation, and a creative sound maker art activity to nurture the body, mind, and spirit of your little ones.
Ashley is a certified yoga teacher, specializing in children's programs. She is also a Reiki III practitioner and Certified Vibrational Sound practitioner.
Parents are encouraged to stay and observe or participate.
