Learn the basics decoupage with local artist Diana Watkins, then take home your beautiful creation!

Learn about our local sea turtles, then how to decoupage with marine life napkins. Each participant will be provided with a kit containing all necessary supplies, found shell, napkins, etc. Have a napkin or shell you like, you are welcome to bring one. Limited to fifteen participants. If participants are no-shows after 5 minutes their spots will be given to any waitlisted individuals standing by.
