This class is aimed at children age 8 and up with an accompanying adult.
You and your child will learn basic skills, become confident with ingredients, and get chef-guided hands-on experience. Every session teaches the concept of mise en place (kitchen organization) and includes food safety knowledge. Additionally, each new lesson will focus on foundational cooking skills that transfer to other tasks: knife skills, sauces, cooking methods, dough skills, etc.
An adult must attend and participate with the child/children - this is not a "drop off" situation.
